    First Work Out Postpartum

    Come work out with me and my 9 year old! This is a full body, low impact session that you can keep doing over and over, slowly building weight. Do this once cleared by your provider and after you’ve viewed the video on healing your diastasis and pelvic floor! And most of all, have fun with it!
